For our 9-week teleclass training programs, expect to spend approximately 4-6 hours per week. This includes the 2-hour class, reading/preparation for the weekly class, homework, coaching practice and working with your learning partner. For our 5-week/5-day classes, prepare to spend approximately 15-20 hours of preparation time before your first class and 1-2 hours each evening during the residential/virtual training. We strongly recommend that you complete all assigned reading prior to attending. Additionally, we provide suggested practice exercises with learning partners, following the course. What is your refund policy? Visit this page for our full policy. Do I have to attend at the same time/day each week? In our 9-week program, we offer a few options for attending class. You must attend two different lessons each week but you may attend any of the days/times offered and as many times as you wish. What technology is needed? Our virtual live classes will be held on Zoom. Please see Zoom help files for technical requirements.
