REFUND POLICY

Module 1: Core Coach Training

 

Although we hope that you will not need to request a refund, we understand that you may find it necessary to cancel a registration or withdraw from a training program. Please see below for policies.

For the 18-week and 9-week teleclass program:

If you request to withdraw prior to Lesson 1, you are responsible for paying 5% of the full program fee.

If you request to withdraw prior to Lesson 4, you are responsible for paying 30% of the full program fee.

If you request to withdraw prior to Lesson 7, you are responsible for paying 55% of the full program fee.

If you request to withdraw prior to Lesson 10, you are responsible for 80% of the full program fee.

No refund will be provided after Lesson 11.


The above fees are assessed for payments whether they have been made in full or set up on a payment plan. The refund fee is calculated based upon the total program fee (or re-enrollment fee if you are taking the course for a second time).

For the 4-day, teleclass program:

If you request to withdraw prior to Day 1, you are responsible for paying 5% of the full program fee.

If you request to withdraw prior to Day 2 you are responsible for paying 30% of the full program fee.

No refund will be provided after Day 2.
No refunds will be provided after the Certification deadline.

For the 4-day, in-person program:
If you request to withdraw no more than 14 days prior to the program start, you are responsible for paying 5% of the full program fee. No refunds will be given within 13 days of the program start. The request forms can be found on your trainee web pages at CustomerHub.

Module 1: Transfer Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which prevent a student from completing the training program in which they are enrolled. If you need to postpone participation in the program, withdraw from the current program (applying the withdraw fees above) and register for the program for which you wish to enroll. The withdraw request forms can be found on your trainee web pages at CustomerHub.

Module 2: Advanced Skills Practice

 

Refunds for Module 2 are not provided once you have taken any of the classes or started any e-course. If you meet that criteria you may request a refund for Module 2, less a 5% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted to your assigned Coach Concierge. Once you are a registered student request forms are made available at your student account. 

No Module 2 and/or 3 refunds will be provided after the Certification deadline.

Module 3: Certification and Assessment

 

Refunds for Module 3 are not provided once you have been given access to the materials or started any of the Certification steps. You may request a refund for Module 3 prior to completing Module 2, less a 5% administrative fee. Refund requests must be submitted to your assigned Coach Concierge. Once you are a registered student request forms are made available at your student account. 

No Module 2 and/or 3 refunds will be provided after the Certification deadline.

Module 4: Lifestyle Medicine for Coaches
 

Refunds for Module 4 are not provided once you have taken any of the classes. If you meet that criteria you may request a refund for Module 4, less a 5% administrative fee.Please contact your Coach Concierge.
