For Corporate Wellness & Healthcare
Solutions for Corporate Wellness & Healthcare
Health and Well-being Coaches partner with clients seeking self-directed, lasting changes, aligned with their values, which promote health and wellness and, thereby, enhance well-being. In the course of their work, health and well-being coaches display unconditional positive regard for their clients and a belief in their capacity for change, and honoring that each client is an expert on their life, while ensuring that all interactions are respectful and non-judgmental.
We support large groups of health professionals from many corporate, health club, health insurance, and health care organizations in completing any of our programs, including core coach training, professional coach training, mentoring, workshops, webinars, and membership.

“Collaborating with Wellcoaches School of Coaching has transformed our institutional approach to supporting physician well-being. The physicians who underwent training and certification are newly empowered to walk this journey toward meaning, purpose, and engagement with their colleagues, and with themselves. They are well prepared to work 1:1 with their colleagues and are also engaging in small and large group coaching which has been invaluable for improving system-level issues within the institution.”
Kerri Palamara McGrath, MD, Director of the Center for Physician Well-being at Massachusetts General Hospital
