Individual Mentoring and Supervision Group Program for Coaches

Course fee: $1700 (includes 5 group mentoring sessions and 3 individual session)

Are you seeking to deepen your coaching practice and meet the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing requirements? Join a dynamic Mentoring and Supervision Group Program tailored specifically for coaches who wish to refine their skills and reflect on their practice in a supportive and structured environment.

 

This comprehensive program consists of 5 group mentoring sessions (1.5 hours each) and 3 individual sessions, providing a total of 10.5 hours of ICF-required mentoring. Whether you are working towards an ICF credential or looking to enhance your coaching through reflective supervision, this program is designed for you.

 

Program Structure:  

Group mentoring (5 group sessions 1.5 hrs each)

Participants will engage in collaborative learning as they share experiences and explore common challenges faced in coaching.

Participants will:

  • Gain fresh insights

  • Sharpen coaching skills

  • Receive group feedback on your coaching practice

 

Individual Sessions (3 sessions, 1 hour each):

Personalized mentoring tailored to your unique coaching journey.

Participants will:

  • Be provided space to focus on his/her specific areas of growth

  • Receive targeted feedback

  • Explore deeper aspects of his/her coaching technique

  • Coaches pursuing or renewing an ICF credential (ACC or PCC).

  • Coaches seeking ongoing reflective supervision to ensure their practice remains responsive, rather than reactive.

CHEF Coaching 10-Week Course

The CHEF (Culinary Health Education Fundamentals) Coaching - Course offers a deep dive into culinary coaching, an evidence-based culinary medicine strategy that combines culinary training with health and wellness coaching through a telemedicine approach to improve nutrition and overall health. Attendees receive the latest updates of the culinary coaching approach and acquire new skills, tools, and resources to empower patients to adopt sustainable and nutritious home-cooking behaviors. This course provides education and experience that will keep graduates of the program at the forefront of this critical global trend, leading by example to improve and increase healthy eating for patients and themselves.

Participants will be able to:

  • Define the relationship between home cooking and health, and discuss barriers to home cooking.

  • Demonstrate patient-centered culinary medicine knowledge and skills and describe strategies for empowering patients to adopt home cooking.

  • Use remote culinary resources to improve culinary behaviors of providers and their patients or clients.

  • Develop culinary confidence and skills and learn strategies to facilitate home cooking for improved personal health.

  • Implement telemedicine, culinary training, and health coaching in your practice.
